Your current app progress stays on your device. Website hosting and support email are separate. No face scans. No advertising trackers added to this site. The details below explain what that means.
1. Who we are and what this covers
AJX Studios L.L.C. operates LifeRank and liferankofficial.app. In this policy, “we” and “our” mean AJX Studios L.L.C. This policy explains information handling for this website, the current LifeRank app, and messages you send to our support team. Contact us at finances@ajxstudios.com about privacy.
LifeRank is currently in development. This policy describes the website and current app functionality, not unlaunched server services. If a release adds collection or sharing, we will update this policy and provide any required notice and choices before that processing begins. Other AJX Studios apps have separate policies; using LifeRank does not by itself enroll you in those services.
2. Information stored in the app
The current app stores the following information locally on your device when you provide or create it:
- Your display name, onboarding answers, selected priorities, preferences, and schedule.
- Habits, goals, tasks, routines, targets, reminders, and completion history.
- Exercises, workout routines, sets, repetitions, weights, durations, and workout history.
- Reflection entries, optional mood and wellbeing check-ins, notes, and saved content.
- Progress records such as XP, streaks, activity completion, and settings.
These records personalize your experience and let you review your own progress. The current app does not upload this content to a LifeRank server or provide cloud progress sync. It does not require a LifeRank online account. A display name is not a public username.
Some entries can reveal personal or health-related information. You choose what to enter, and optional reflection questions can be left blank. Device-level backups or transfers managed by Apple may include app data depending on your settings; local storage does not mean a file can never be included in a device backup.
3. Purchases and membership
Apple processes purchases made through the iOS app. The app uses StoreKit transaction and entitlement information to determine membership access and support restoration. This can include a product identifier, transaction identifier, purchase date, expiration, and revocation or entitlement status. Apple handles payment details under its own policies; we do not receive your full payment-card number through StoreKit.
The current app does not forward purchase records to a LifeRank reporting backend. It does not send feature-consumption evidence to Apple for refund reviews. Future server verification, sales reporting, or refund-evidence processing will require updated disclosures and any required consent; this policy alone is not permission to activate them.
Information you email us about a purchase is processed as support correspondence. Avoid sending payment-card details, passwords, or complete financial statements.
4. Website visits and support
Visiting this website
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. As part of handling requests, hosting infrastructure processes technical information such as IP address, requested URL, time, browser or device information, and security signals. Such processing supports delivery, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. Cloudflare also describes its own processing in its Privacy Policy.
We have not added advertising pixels, cross-site tracking scripts, optional analytics scripts, account registration, or newsletter signup to this website. Fonts and artwork are served with the site rather than loaded from an external font or image service. Hosting security features may use necessary technologies to distinguish legitimate visits from abuse.
Contacting us
If you email support, we receive your email address, your message, and any name, screenshots, attachments, or other details you choose to send. We use this information to respond, investigate problems, manage privacy requests, and maintain appropriate support records. Our email service provider processes messages to deliver that service. Please share only information needed for your request.
5. Permissions and things we do not collect
LifeRank can ask for notification permission to deliver reminders you choose. You can change that permission in device settings. Current reminders are scheduled locally; approving notifications is not consent to advertising or unrelated analytics.
The current LifeRank app does not perform face scans, biometric identification, or AI image generation. It does not connect to Apple Health or Screen Time, upload journal or workout content, provide public community posting, or use advertising identifiers for cross-app tracking. Its in-app progress charts are personal local records, not a server analytics feed.
6. Purposes and legal grounds
We process information we actually receive to deliver and protect the website, answer support requests, address billing questions, handle privacy rights, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. The app processes local inputs to provide the features you choose.
Where a law requires a legal basis, the relevant basis depends on the processing: performing a requested service or responding before a contract; legitimate interests in reliable operations, security, and support balanced against your rights; compliance with a legal obligation; or consent where required. We do not treat reading this policy as consent to optional collection or sensitive-data processing.
Where consent is required, it must be obtained before the relevant processing and may be withdrawn. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. We do not use LifeRank data to make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.
8. Retention and deletion
| Information | How retention works |
|---|---|
| Local app records | Remain on your device until removed through available app controls, local data reset, or operating-system removal. Device backups and copies you export are managed separately. |
| Local membership records | Used to determine access and restore purchases. Removing local app data does not delete Apple’s transaction records or cancel a subscription. |
| Support messages | Kept for the period needed to handle the request and related follow-up, resolve disputes, maintain necessary business records, or comply with law. |
| Hosting and security data | Handled according to provider settings and the needs of delivery, security, and incident investigation. Provider-controlled records follow applicable provider terms and policies. |
| Privacy and legal requests | Limited records may be retained to document responses, verify compliance, and meet applicable obligations. |
Retention is based on the purpose, sensitivity, legal requirements, and need to resolve an active issue—not an unlimited right to keep information. When information under our control is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Backup copies, where they exist, may remain until the normal backup cycle expires and are not a separate permission for everyday reuse.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
You can edit or remove local records through supported app controls, manage notifications in device settings, and manage device backups separately. For information held by us, contact finances@ajxstudios.com with the subject “LifeRank privacy request.” Explain your request without including unnecessary sensitive details.
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; and appeal a declined request. We may need proportionate information to verify identity or an authorized agent’s authority. We respond within applicable legal time limits and explain lawful exceptions. We do not penalize you for exercising applicable rights.
Because private app content is currently local, we cannot retrieve it from a server for you or remotely erase your device. We can explain the available controls. Deleting local progress does not cancel Apple billing.
For EEA, UK, and Swiss users, applicable rights include access, correction, erasure, portability, objection, restriction, and complaints to a supervisory authority. Users in other regions, including California, other US states, Canada, Brazil, and elsewhere, may have comparable or additional rights subject to the scope of their local laws.
Where applicable US state privacy laws cover us, the relevant categories we receive are support identifiers and correspondence, purchase details voluntarily provided to support, and website technical or internet-activity information. Sources, purposes, recipients, and retention are described above. Local app inputs are described separately; they are not automatically collected by our servers. We do not sell or share information for targeted advertising. We honor legally required opt-out signals for processing to which they apply.
10. Children and teenagers
LifeRank is intended for people aged 13 and older, subject to any higher local requirement. It is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should review the service with a teenager, and must give any authorization required by local law. When an online service relies on a child’s consent to process personal information, the applicable age for independent consent can be higher than 13.
If you do not meet the applicable age or authorization requirements, do not provide information or use the affected service. If you believe a child has sent us information without required authorization, contact finances@ajxstudios.com. We will investigate and take appropriate steps, including deleting information where required. We do not use children’s or teenagers’ information for targeted advertising.
11. International use and security
This website may be accessed internationally. Hosting and email providers can process information in the United States and other countries where they operate; laws may differ from those in your country. Where applicable law restricts a transfer, the transfer must have an appropriate legal basis or safeguard. Contact us for information about a specific provider or transfer relevant to your request.
We use access controls and reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. Website connections use HTTPS. No system is completely secure. Protect your device and email account, and avoid sending private journal entries or health details to support unless necessary. The app is not an emergency service.
12. Updates and contact
We may revise this policy to reflect changes in the service or law. The date on this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated as required, and new processing that needs consent will not begin merely because a revised policy is posted.
